If you fill out the Google Form below before you donate, you are eligible to receive service hours for your donation.

- Our Donations Committee will also be accepting monetary, in-person donations at our in-person locations (cash only please)
- Please keep in mind that all donations should be brand new, while backpacks can be lightly used.
If donations are mildly to severely used, we cannot accept them and you will not receive service hours!
